Shipping

We usually prepare orders within 1–3 business days and use established couriers, primarily DHL UK. We provide tracking once an order is dispatched. Delivery times vary by destination and, for international orders, by customs procedures.

Import duties, taxes and destination-country requirements may apply to international orders. Please check these before ordering. For shipping or tracking questions, email contact@bqww.co.uk.

Returns, cancellations and damaged items

For eligible online purchases, you can tell us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, and then have another 14 days to return them. Some goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights, depending on the product and whether a hygiene seal has been broken. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.

If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, email contact@bqww.co.uk with your order details and, if possible, photographs of the item and packaging. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
